Executive Assistant

We are looking for a highly organised individual to support the running of This Ends Now by helping our two directors with their administration tasks, including managing our directors' key appointments and financial obligations.

Role responsibilities include:

• Checking in with TEN’s management team on a regular basis
• Managing diary appointments
• Assisting with the running and organisation of Google Workspace and ClickUp (our project management platform). 
• Attend all staff and team meetings where reasonably practicable
• Be responsible for TEN document filing and locations
• Schedule director’s meetings and routine document updates

You will have the opportunity to be managed and mentored by our experienced co-founders. You will also develop key administrative skills and gain an understanding of how a small not-for-profit operates.

You will also be joining a fantastic team of feminists and will benefit from the support of our in-house wellbeing officer who can provide 1:1 wellbeing support.
