We are looking for retail assistants to work with our Shop Managers at our Charity Shops
About Us
We the The Cotswold Dogs & Cats Home and care for over 1,000 animals a year. We have been around for 80 years and have seven shops in Gloucestershire.
The Role
To assist the Shop Manager & Deputy Manager to achieve agreed sales targets whilst minimising costs and maintaining a strong presence in the high street to benefit the charity. The shop is based in Stroud and easily accesible.
About You
You will have a cheerful, confident and friendly approach. Good communication skills with a genuine desire to provide an excellent service to all shop users. You will have a keen eye for detail as the handling of cash and maintenance of systems forms a key part of this role.
Training and Essential qualifications
There are no essential qualifications for this post and we will provide all the training and support you need. It would be helpful if you have worked in retail or customer service previously and enjoy working in a team.
