About People For You
Join People For You in our mission to reduce loneliness among older people in Tetbury, Fairford, Lechlade and the surrounding villages. Our volunteers give a little time each month (or more if they wish) to visit someone who is feeling lonely or socially isolated—sharing a cuppa, a friendly chat, and a consistent human connection.
It’s a simple act, but it can make a genuine difference to someone whose week may otherwise pass with very little company. As a warm, welcoming local charity, we’re proud to be rooted in our community and to match volunteers and clients thoughtfully, with support along the way.
