We are looking for people to join us, in setting up and packing away, helping with refreshments and helping on the tables.Detailed description
We need someone who can commit to helping once a month. A driver would be welcome to help us get the stuff to the wesley and bring it home, plus two people. We want to build a team who enjoy helping others and being around people. We dont know how many people will attend as this is a drop in. We are looking to hold a second meeting in the month, next year. Putting up the signs and setting up the urn, helping people with refreshments and taking them to where the person is sat. Taking money from people and aiding with the tombola and raffle as well as the for sale table.
You need to be able to set up the tables and chairs aswell as putting the stock on the tables.
Support will be given throughout and other jobs may need to be carried out.
We are all about the community and breaking social isolation, so helping with the advertising, ie telling others about the coffee club, handing out leaflets, putting posters up in the local area, sharing the facebook group.
We will consider anyone for this team, and share out the jobs as best as possible, so you might not need to do all jobs depending on how many people we can get. #
Ideally we would like at least 2 more people to join us, with one being a driver, might not be every month driving depending on the team.
