Summary

Are you able to spare an hour or so a week to help someone feel safer and more confident online? Would you like to pass on the things you have learnt digitally?

Detailed description

Digital technology is part of everyday life—but for many people, navigating the online world can feel confusing or overwhelming. Digi@Home helps bridge this gap by offering friendly, patient, one-to-one support in people’s homes.

We are recruiting Digital Champions to support people who are unable to visit one of our DIGI Hubs within the Stroud or Tewkesbury area to help with tasks like setting up devices, joining video calls, using NHS online services, avoiding scams, and accessing online shopping.

You do not need to be a tech expert—kindness, patience and a willingness to listen matter most.
