About YuGo - Exercise engagement pioneers

At YuGo we create sport and exercise experiences which build confidence, deliver enjoyment and become an intrinsic part of our members lives. We provide a range of sport and exercise clubs, primarily for adults with additional needs, with the aim of reducing the number of people living sedentary lifestyles. All surplus profit generated at YuGo is reinvested into our parent company and charity, Allsorts Gloucestershire, providing a variety of activities for disabled children and their families aged 0-25 living in Gloucestershire.


Some things we do:
School Sports - Closing the gap in access to sport.
A love of exercise and sport that starts in school can stick with you for life. Our team is passionate about making sure every child in education has the opportunity to have this nurtured.
School sports not only support physical and mental health but create community, support communication and even improve concentration!

Group sessions - Building active communities.
Movement, participation and connection are what we are about. We craft sessions to suit each person’s individual needs, bringing a one size fits one approach to being active, so everyone is part of the fun.

Further / Higher Education
Adapted Physical Activity is just really good teaching and coaching. That’s our educational mantra.
Through our work with local Schools, Colleges and Universities, we nurture the aspiring teachers, coaches and instructors of the future to ensure their delivery is inclusive, accessible and engaging for people with additional needs.
