Social Media Volunteer


Our vision at Isbourne Arts in Winchcombe is for a welcoming, inclusive and accessible community hub to engage local people and visitors in cultural, creative, educational and wellbeing events and activities and to provide arts, skills development and other activities for young people in the area.

What are we looking for?


We are looking for someone who has a high level of experience in and a good understanding of the importance of social media marketing – preferably with a charity and arts environment. 


What will you be doing?


The social media volunteer position at Isbourne Arts is all about helping to

promote and report on a wide range of performance, learning and leisure time

activities at the venue and to foster local community involvement in

those activities.


Music, drama, dance and spoken word events 

Artisan/makers’ and produce markets 

Creative workshops 

Family events such as all age films 

Activities for young people including skills enhancement projects 

Meeting and socialising, for example, a pop up wellbeing café


Your Role


Working with the Trustees and being part of the Operations Group you will have the following responsibilities:


Create compelling current social media content across all platforms. Develop strategies to expand our online presence and encourage participation. Interacting with our social media community, responding empathetically to comments and inquiries.


Collaborating with your colleagues to coordinate campaigns for maximum impact.


Stay updated on social media trends to ensure we are constantly aware of current innovations and effectiveness.
