Summary
We need help with general office administration and bookkeeping, a few hours a week.Detailed description
Come and join a team making a difference in women's lives. Your role in this will be:
to oversee residents' accommodation by
Maintaining housing register
Coordinating resident’s activities
Coordinating cleaners
Coordinating maintenance
to maintain office administration by
managing Staff Personal folders
Managing Induction register
Responding to calls and emails
Handle all bookkeeping duties
including expenses and revenue entries using Excel Spreadsheets
Raising and distributing invoices
Organising payments
Bank reconciliations
Report generation and Year end
Th3 Sun CIC is growing and this will give you an opportunity to grow too. There will also be opportunities for you to get involved in more or other areas the organisation is involved in.

Th3 Sun CIC provides emergency accommodation for women of all ages and semi-independent accommodation services for young women 16+.
The semi-independent services and packages are tailored for the young people 16+ who have lived in residential settings, fostering placements and are ready to transition to independent living or those who come into care after they turn 16 years. Our aim is to help young people improve their independent living skills, achieve economic well-being, develop and continue to strengthen relationships with their family and friends.
