Toymaking Facilitator

Our DIY Pet Toy Workshops are a part of our Preventing Pet Relinquishment efforts, and will teach pet owners how to make fun and inexpensive toys for their cats and dogs out of household items.

We're looking for a confident person who can lead these workshops one evening a week, initially just for September but with scope to extend.

What will you be doing?

• Facilitating workshops for pet owners, taking them through instructions for making various cat and dog toys and treats
• Setting up for the workshops, and tidying away afterwards
• Taking a register and asking attendees to fill in short feedback forms

What do you need?

• Some experience in facilitating or teaching
• A creative flair and the ability to use crafting tools
• You'll be given full training on how to make the toys and treats, and we've got plenty of dogs and cats to test out your practice creations!
