Teckels are looking for new Events Volunteers to join us at our annual Spring Fair & Dog Show!
Come and support Teckels at our ever popular Spring Fair & Dog Show!
When: 12th April 2025, 9:30 - 5 (depending on your role)
Where: Churchdown Community Centre, Parton Road, Churchdown, Gloucester GL3 2JH
What you'll be doing:
- Supporting Teckels through manning a designated area at our Spring Fair & Dog Show.
- You could be based at the entrance, on a stall, or out with our staff running the Dog Show
- You'll be chatting to attendees, selling products, programmes or raffle tickets
- You may be asked to help set up in the morning and clear up at the end of the day
What you'll need:
- You'll need to be comfortable chatting to members of the public
- Experience with handling cash
What you'll get:
- The chance to support a small, local animal rescue charity
- Experience in events management that will look great on your CV
- Spend time with like-minded people who love animals
- A decent lunch break and time to explore the fair
- Free drinks and discounted food from our refreshments stall
