: Independent Living Hubs are an excellent opportunity to socialise and engage with the wider community through activities and events, run by volunteers. Stroud District Council staff and volunteers work hand in hand to try & improve peoples’ mental and physical wellbeing, reduce social isolation and enhance people’s positive outlook on life.
