Cheltenham Lido is seeking two new Trustees to join our dynamic and committed board in 2025. We’re particularly interested in welcoming individuals with expertise in the following areas:

• Human Resources (HR) – to support our people strategy, recruitment, policy development, and staff wellbeing.
• Property Management / Building Development – to guide the maintenance and development of our historic site and assist with future planning.

This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute your professional skills to a beloved local institution that offers health, wellbeing, and social connection to thousands of visitors each year. As a Trustee, you’ll play a key role in:

• Shaping the strategic direction and long-term sustainability of the Lido
• Ensuring good governance and compliance with legal and financial responsibilities
• Supporting key decisions about operations, development, and community engagement
• Championing the Lido's mission and values locally

Trustees attend quarterly board meetings and may be involved in relevant sub-committees or special projects. The role is voluntary but deeply rewarding.
