Volunteer Content Creator – West Midlands

We are looking for a creative Content Creator to help produce engaging marketing and promotional materials for our nature reserves and off-reserve projects across the West Midlands, including Staffordshire, Birmingham, and the Black Country.

The role involves filming volunteer activities, nature trails, play trails, and events, then editing footage into short social media videos and longer impact films showcasing our projects and volunteers.

This flexible role is mostly remote, with occasional filming days at sites such as Coombes Valley, Consall Woods, Staffordshire Moorlands, Middleton Lakes, and Sandwell Valley. Travel expenses are covered.

You’ll gain hands-on experience with Europe’s largest conservation charity, build a strong portfolio, access RSPB training, receive line management support, and join a friendly, supportive team. A laptop can be provided.

We’re looking for someone with content creation or video editing experience (paid or unpaid), creativity, and teamwork skills. A commitment of 3–5 days per week for up to 6 months is ideal, but flexibility is available. Driving licence desirable, not essential.
