We are looking for computer buddies to support our customers to use and access computers, smart phones, devices & online services.
We are passionate about making access to digital services as inclusive and accessible as possible.
This varied role provides 1:1 support for adults who want to learn new skills and gain confidence in using computers, smart phones and/or devices, and to access online services. This could be anything from basic computer skills, setting up an email account, using NHS or banking apps, as well as online shopping and developing skills for work or entertainment.
If you are tech-savvy, enjoy helping others, and can bring patience, humor, and a friendly, motivating approach, this is the role for you.
In this flexible opportunity (in various libraries in Gloucestershire), you will gain experience in digital literacy and community outreach, meet new people build connections, and access to training and support.
