About Dursley Open Door Club

Our volunteer-run club has been operating successfully for over 30 years. We support people with learning disabilities and give parents and carers a short weekly respite break.

Meetings provide a wide range of stimulating activities for club members. We also organise occasional day trips.

The club is open to people with learning disabilities from the age of 18 upwards. Members come from Dursley, Cam, Berkeley, Wotton-under-Edge and surrounding areas. There is no charge to join the club and transport is provided by volunteer drivers, who will collect you from your house.

Helpers are volunteers who are happy to give up their time because being with members is such a rewarding experience. Please contact us if you or someone you know would like to come to the club as a member, helper or driver.
