About Cruse Bereavement Support

We're the UK's leading bereavement charity. We offer support through our website, national helpline, group, zoom, and telephone support. We want to make sure everyone grieving gets the help they need in a way that works for them. We have a specially trained dedicated team of 4,000 bereavement volunteers providing support to thousands of bereaved people every year. For many this will be the first time they have asked for help with their grief. By becoming a bereavement volunteer, you’ll be working one-on-one on Zoom or telephone with clients for up to six sessions of support. The key strength of our organisation is the contribution made by our great team of volunteers. Cruse Southwest is looking to recruit volunteers with specific skills and/or a range of capabilities and experience to provide online and telephone support to our bereaved clients.
