No Child Left Behind is throwing a free Party in the Park event for families at Pittville Park and we need help!Detailed description
We need help with a variety of tasks which include setting up prior to the event, manning information points or inflatables, giving out healthy meals, assisting with the stage co-ordination and a trail around the park, litter picking and packing up at the end of the day.
This is set to be a fun day out for local families with lots of free entertainment and activities on offer across four areas of the park and Prince of Wales Stadium. Highlights will include circus skills workshops, creative arts activities and physical activities including a climbing wall, rugby and inflatables. The event will also provide healthy meals for around 400 children, funded through the Holiday Activity and Food (HAF) Scheme, as well as offering an advice village to families.
Refreshments for volunteers will be provided and there will be a briefing session before the event.
