Blakeney Youth Club Volunteer

We are looking for enthusiastic and passionate volunteers to come and help work with our incredible young members. You should have a genuine interest in supporting, mentoring and nurturing young people but no previous experience is necessary.

We would like committed and fun loving people to come and assist running our sessions on Tuesday evenings at Blakeney Youth Club. You should be available to assist from 5:45-8:15pm. Ideally, you should be able to commit to supporting at least one session a month or roughly 12 across the year.

You will work with our Youth Support Worker and other volunteers, playing games and sports, taking part in creative activities and facilitating other guest speakers and third party charities. We have a roster of 5 regular volunteers but are always looking for more local people of all ages and from any background to come and help out. It's a fantastic way to contribute to your local community, to meet new people and to broaden and enhance a wide variety of interpersonal skills.

Volunteers will need to undergo enhanced disclosure and barring service vetting. Safeguarding and First Aid training will be provided.
