About Aim Up

Our charity exists to enable adults with disabilities, complex needs, behaviours that challenge and mental health conditions, to live the life they want. We have a range of services which provide high quality, person centred support enabling people to live an independent and fulfilling life. Services include Domiciliary Care and Out Reach Support, Supported Living (in both Cheltenham and Gloucester) ,The Garden Project and our Social Enterprise – The Portland Guest House.
