Summary

You will be helping to promote the mental wellbeing helpline Connect and Offload (CandO) within community groups in Gloucestershire.

Detailed description

The CandO Helpline provides confidential, anonymous mental wellbeing support for any adult, living in Gloucestershire. People can be supported by telephone, text or webchat and the Helpline is available between 2pm and 9pm every day.

Your volunteer role will involve supporting our Community Engagement and Co production worker. You will be promoting the Helpline within the community of Gloucestershire with the aim of ensuring people have an awareness of the Helpline, how we can help and importantly - how they can access the service.

You will also be providing support when we arrange co-production events with experts by experience.

This is a volunteer position and you will provide support, only when you are available.

This is a great opportunity to develop your own personal skills further and become part of the mental health support network within Gloucestershire.
