Summary

Are you detail orientated? We are looking for a volunteer with good organisational and communication skills to monitor the branch website and keep it up to date

Detailed description

The aim of the group’s website is to advertise the branch and its activities. We need a volunteer to inform the member of staff responsible for updating the webpage of any changes or additions that need to be made. You don’t need to design your own website or have coding knowledge for this role. Without this role, the branch members wouldn’t be aware of all the amazing things the branch is doing.

What you will be doing

  • Keeping and eye on the website and noticing when things need changing, updating, or removing.
  • Informing the member of staff responsible for updating the website about the above.
  • Making sure the information provided to the member of staff is clear and well written. Information needs to be relevant to the group.
  • Communicating with other committee members to encourage and remind them to pass on information to go onto the website.

When and Where

  • Roughly 1 hour a week
  • Home based (plus travel to branch meetings where appropriate)

What we will provide to volunteers

💸 Reimbursement of costs
