Hungry No More is seeking an organised, friendly Volunteer Coordinator to help support, coordinate and grow our amazing team of volunteers who make our work possible.

This is a rewarding behind‑the‑scenes role, ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, keeping things organised, and helping a charity run smoothly.

💛 What the role involves:

• Welcoming, inducting and supporting new volunteers
• Acting as a main point of contact for volunteers
• Coordinating volunteer rotas and availability
• Supporting communication between volunteers and the management team
• Helping ensure volunteers feel valued, supported and informed

👥 Who we’re looking for:

• Friendly and approachable with good communication skills
• Reliable and organised
• Comfortable using email and basic digital tools
• Experience coordinating people is helpful but not essential

⏰ Time commitment:

Flexible – hours can be agreed to suit you. This role can be shared if needed.
