Peer Engagement & Empowerment Programme Woman. It's the programme that holds women consistently, walks beside them, and ensures no one falls through the gaps.
Purpose: To support women with practical needs, advocacy, and crisis response.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide advocacy with agencies (housing, benefits, legal, schools)
• Support emergency requests (food, toiletries, safety items)
• Help women understand their rights and options
• Support safety planning
• Keep clear, confidential notes
Work closely with the Founder on urgent cases Ideal for someone who:
• Is confident speaking to professionals
• Can stay calm under pressure
• Understands the realities of domestic abuse
