Our NHS Complex Care at Home team would like a volunteer to contact patients by phone to complete Friends and Family Test questionnaires for the team.
The volunteer would need to go through a questionnaire with patients over the phone and record the answers for the team. The volunteer could be based at any of the team's offices at Southgate Moorings (Gloucester), the Independent Living Centre (Cheltenham) or Colliers Court (Cinderford), and help at any time between 9am and 5pm, and on any day from Monday to Friday.
