The role involves liaising with local supermarkets to arrange food drive dates and coordinating volunteers to staff them.

Are you organised, friendly, and keen to make a real impact in your community? We’re looking for a Food Drive Coordinator to help run our vital supermarket food collections.

In this role, you’ll:

  • Liaise with local supermarkets to arrange collection dates
  • Organise volunteers from our existing team (and recruit extra support when needed)
  • Oversee the smooth running of food drives, ensuring everyone feels confident and supported

You’ll gain valuable experience in event coordination, volunteer management, and community engagement — skills that are useful in many areas of work and life. You’ll also join a supportive team and know that your efforts are directly helping to provide food for people in crisis.

By giving around half a day each week, you’ll be playing a key role in keeping our foodbank shelves stocked and ensuring no one in our community goes hungry.
