Summary
Join us caring for trees on the reserve. The session runs from 9.30 - 12.30 pmDetailed description
We will be clearing weeds, checking and replacing stakes, tree guards and mulching where needed. Please bring work gloves and a drink for breaktime. All tools provided. Meet by the main entrance at 9:30 am. The tree area we will be working on will depend on progress from previous sessions. The tree location will be updated prior to the session. We will meet at the main entrance to collect tools on all sessions. Please contact me for a map if needed. See you there!
About Friends of Horsbere Brook
Volunteer group helping to care for and enhance the site for wildlife and people that visit. The site was built as a flood storage area in response to the 2007 floods and protects houses in Elmbridge and Longlevens. Since 2014 it has been managed as a community nature reserve.
