Casualty Simulator Trainee

Are you looking for something interesting, creative, sociable, fun and above all very worthwhile to volunteer for in 2026?

We use medically accurate responses in all kinds of trauma and medical emergency simulations with special effects makeup for realism. We look for people from all backgrounds so that they can present ‘real’ people for maximum believability.

To know how to do what we do realistically to a highly believable standard for emergency training, we hold workshops near Gloucester Airport on certain Tuesday evenings. To express an interest and find out more, please ask Kate.

No previous experience is necessary but those with relevant skills and experience will be especially useful to the branch.

The age range is from 12 to however old you feel. Youth members under 18 are required to have a parent, guardian or other responsible adult with them, so why not make it a family activity.

Volunteers gain a real sense of worth for helping those in emergency care be ready for whatever situation they may face.

Our clients include fire services, police, paramedics, doctors, those in hospital emergency and trauma medicine, Search and Rescue, Air Ambulance charities and combined emergency services.
