We are looking for volunteers with an interest in land-use planning and its impact on the Gloucestershire countryside.
By volunteering for CPRE Gloucestershire, you’ll help us find positive solutions to threats facing our precious countryside. By applying your skills and acquired experience, you can make a real difference and be a vital part of an inclusive charity which is committed to its objectives and to professional standards of work.

- Contributing to CPRE's input to consultations by planning authorities on review of their Local Plans.
- Building relationships with other environmental organisations and, where appropriate, submitting common views in order to maximise influence.
- Contributing to policy formulation within CPRE Gloucestershire.
You will be joining an experienced team who will be able to offer guidance and briefing when necessary.
What you need for the role

- Ongoing commitment to the task, within the time which you are willing and able to allocate.
- Previous experience in the planning sector and knowledge of the planning system are highly desirable, but not essential if you possess the right aptitude. Briefing and guidance on the role will be available.
What's in it for you
- Use your skills and experience to contribute to the success of our charity and make a positive difference to the countryside.
- Meet like-minded people and enjoy being part of a team.
