Are you passionate about art? We'd love for you to join our warm and friendly art group, supporting adults with learning disabilities in Gloucester.
- Tuesdays 09:45 am - 12:00 pm
- Training provided to work with adults with learning disabilities.
- Assist with lifting chairs and setting up tables and making refreshments.
- Support our group leader each week as we focus on different artists and explore techniques like printmaking and oil painting.
- The aim of the group is to encourage participants to interact with each other, build friendships, and gain confidence through the medium of art.

Building Circles supports adults with learning disabilities in Gloucestershire to form and maintain meaningful friendships. Our Social Buddies, Gig Buddies and Football Buddies programmes connect adults with learning disabilities to local volunteers. Our Buddies then go out into the community to do things they enjoy - together. Our volunteers also support our other groups, such as our Allotment Groups and Art Group. We aim to enable adults with learning disabilities to live a more meaningful life, and volunteers are at the heart of what we do. In exchange for your volunteering time, we offer training and ongoing support, as well as reimbursement of expenses and opportunities to join our team at a range of social events.
