Brockworth Link is a dynamic charity that provides essential local services, including a community library, community hub, and youth programmes. We are currently looking for a Trustee with Human Resources expertise to become part of the Brockworth Link team and help us grow as a charity.

🔍 What We’re Looking For:

We are seeking someone with experience in:

• Recruitment and selection processes
• Employment law and staff contracts
• Conflict resolution and HR best practices
• Supporting volunteer and staff management policies

As a Trustee, you’ll play a vital role in shaping our strategic direction, ensuring we operate effectively and responsibly and supporting our staff and volunteers with expert HR guidance.

💼 What You’ll Bring:

• Professional experience in HR or people management
• Understanding of legal and ethical responsibilities around employment
• Willingness to offer advice, review documents and attend bi-monthly trustee meetings
• Passion for community work and a collaborative approach

🕒 Time Commitment:

Approximately 2–4 hours per month, including attendance at bi-monthly Board meetings (in person).
