Trustees wanted to assist in taking the Heritage Centre forward and to work in the Heritage Centre/museum.
We have two vacancies for Trustees who are enthusiastic and willing to join our team with a view to taking the Heritage Centre to its next level. We are a Heritage Centre with a Museum, a Visitor Information Centre and small shop.
The current committee have been successful in lifting the Centre with innovative actions so that all the artifacts are on a database with modern display cabinets and a friendly atmosphere it is a good place to spend time.
We are open all year round to the public Mon/Tues/Fri/Sat 10.30 to 15.30.
We have a team of volunteers managing the front of house and another team managing the museum and displays.
Our current Trustees are happy to continue but recognise the need for new input from new people. We meet every 6/7 weeks at the Heritage Centre.
