Our charity is expanding rapidly to meet the needs of children and young people navigating adversity.
New Trustees will be instrumental in shaping our charity as we increase our capacity to operate in more counties across the UK. It's an exciting time to be integral to delivering our mission and reaching more local children and young people using an innovative and effective support model.
We seek a diverse Board of Trustees in which all voices are heard. New Trustees will have expertise in all aspects of charity governance, especially human resources, law, fundraising, and leadership in targeted support services.
You will be passionate about the benefits of recreational activities, deeply committed to the principle of equity, and inspired to support children and young people to thrive. You will also be keen to support our impact for communities in Gloucestershire.
There are quarterly Board Meetings and an annual AGM. Trustees do not have any operational duties.
Please note that, by good charity governance practice, the role of a Trustee is not paid.
