We’re looking for an enthusiastic and detail-driven Volunteer Administrative Champion to be the backbone of our compassionate team. If you want to make a difference, gain valuable experience, and be part of a passionate community—all with a flexible, remote commitment—this role is for you.
What You’ll Do:
- Keep our records running smoothly with data entry (bank transactions, receipt tracking)
- Maintain our housing register and help ensure every woman’s needs are met
- Respond to emails and be a friendly point of contact
- Organise staff and volunteer rotas to keep our support seamless
- Assist with basic HR tasks and team coordination

- Exceptionally organised and reliable
- Attentive to details and a natural problem-solver
- Strong written communicator
- Confident with spreadsheets and basic admin tools

Th3 Sun CIC provides emergency accommodation for women of all ages and semi-independent accommodation services for young women 16+.
The semi-independent services and packages are tailored for the young people 16+ who have lived in residential settings, fostering placements and are ready to transition to independent living or those who come into care after they turn 16 years. Our aim is to help young people improve their independent living skills, achieve economic well-being, develop and continue to strengthen relationships with their family and friends.
