We're looking for volunteers who can provide a warm welcome to visitors for a two-hour slot:10-12 / 12-2 / 2-4 Wed-Sun. Doesn't have to be a regular commitment.
The role is flexible. Duties include:
- welcoming new and regular visitors
- keeping the Reception area tidy
- checking toilet supplies are topped up
- selling tickets for our events (this isn't a 'must' for this role)
- supporting the cafe staff if they are very busy e.g. clearing table/sweeping up crumbs/getting more chairs and tables out for customers
- making sure any exhibition material is kept tidy and topped up e.g. making extra photocopies of information sheets, etc.
- supporting the Goods Shed office team if needed e.g. checking brochures for typos, putting out posters, etc.
