Remap Gloucestershire is a charity that designs and builds bespoke equipment for disabled people to help provide a better quality of life and more independence.

We are looking for volunteers to give their time freely to take on cases within the County. There will be an induction period to ensure that applicants are comfortable with the role. Expenses for materials and travel are covered.

Applicants should have a DIY/Engineering background, some workshop facilities and be willing and have transport to visit disabled people in their homes.

Volunteers will need to be Enhanced DBS (Disclosure & Barring Service) checked. The cost of this is paid for directly by Remap central office.

We should also like to hear from anyone with IT expertise to support our current IT officer looking after our website and database.
