Help ReConnect Gloucestershire flourish - Part-time Volunteer Administrator Opportunity
We’re a Community Interest Company (CIC) dedicated to fostering community engagement and promoting social well-being across Gloucestershire. We do this through our Befriending service and running peer support groups across Gloucestershire. We’re looking for someone with the experience to support us as a Business Administrator and Board Secretary.
What you'll do:
- Support the board by taking minutes, preparing materials, and keeping them organised.
- Support our day-to-day tasks like emails, meetings, and records.
Who you are:
- Organised and detail-oriented, with a knack for juggling multiple tasks.
- Great communicator, both in writing and speaking.
- Tech-savvy with office software.
- Discreet with sensitive information.
- Reliable and trustworthy
Time commitment: 1/2 day per month, volunteer position. Enhanced DBS required.
This role is perfect for anyone wishing to offer their skills to a charity/CIC or sharpen their employability skills further.
