Volunteer Co-Ordinator

Do you have a few hours a week to spare? Much of the role can be done remotely via what's app and using google calendar. In person availability is needed when training new volunteers and for checking-in with existing volunteers periodically. 

Planted is a not for profit community project run by sustainability charity Vision 21 with our partners Poco Culina and Charlton Kings Parish Council.

Our volunteer rota covers Tues - Thurs at present (usually requiring 6 different volunteers to pick up a shift each week). We have a pool of around 15-20 volunteers, some regular and others casual/seasonal that you would help us to co-ordinate.

We use what's app, email, google calendar and the Go Volunteer Glos webiste. Training will be provided but a basic level of digital confidence and excellent people skills are required. You must be organised and willing to check and respond to messages regularly through the week.

This is an unpaid voluntary role.
