Do you love crafting engaging content and sharing stories with the world? Hundred Heroines is looking for a creative and organised Newsletter Volunteer to help us keep our community informed and inspired. This is a great opportunity to contribute to our mission by developing and curating content for our regular newsletter, which celebrates the work of women in photography and keeps supporters updated on our events and initiatives.

What will you do as a Newsletter Volunteer?

• Plan, create, and format content for our newsletter, including news about exhibitions, artist features, upcoming events, and important announcements.
• Collaborate with the Hundred Heroines team to gather relevant information, images, and updates for the newsletter.
• Write engaging headlines, intros, and summaries that capture the reader’s attention.
• Use email marketing tools to distribute the newsletter to our subscriber list.
• Track and analyse newsletter performance to continuously improve engagement.

What are we looking for?

• Excellent writing and communication skills.
• A passion for art, photography, and gender equality.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, etc.) is a plus, but not required.
• Creativity and the ability to curate content that is both informative and inspiring.
