Peer Engagement & Empowerment Programme - It's the programme that holds women consistently, walks beside them, and ensures no one falls through the gaps.

 Purpose: To support women through recovery programmes and help them rebuild confidence, identity, and long-term resilience. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Support delivery of recovery sessions (Rock Pool, confidence-building, resilience workshops) 

• Help women reflect on progress and set goals 

• Encourage empowerment and self-belief 

• Support group facilitation 

• Provide emotional safety during sessions 

• Feed insights back into the PEEP Lead and Founder 

Ideal for someone who: 

• Has completed recovery themselves 

• Is passionate about empowerment 

• Can hold space for others’ emotions
