About the Role
As a facilitator, you will play a key role in creating a safe, inclusive, and respectful space where men can talk openly, share experiences, and support each other. This group offers a non-judgmental environment focused on mutual aid and connection – not therapy.
Key Responsibilities:

- Commitment to promoting men’s wellbeing and reducing stigma
- Reliability and consistency
What We Offer:
- Induction and training in group facilitation and safeguarding
- Ongoing supervision and support from our team
