We want to improve the health and wellbeing for people over 60 in the GL11 postcode area. Can you provide support with promotion and bookings?
Tasks and activities:
· Support Community Wellness Programme, which enhances the health and well-being of adults aged 60+ in the GL11 postcode area.
· Assisting in booking participants onto classes
· Checking participants in from the registration form
· Taking participant's payments and making change when necessary
· Helping to set up and tear down the venue per the personal trainer's guidance
· Making teas and coffees following the exercise portion of each class
· Clean-up of kitchen facilities and ensure the venue is left as it was found
· Being a support when people may need additional assistance
· Some promotional support
Personal qualities and experience:
· Financial awareness
· Excellent communication skills
· Good attention to detail
· Good IT skills
· Comfortable using the phone
· Friendly and professional manner
· Reliable and have good time-management
