Forest of Dean Digi Hubs are looking for friendly and enthusiastic volunteers to help local residents improve their digital confidence and skills.
As a Digital Champion, you will support people with everyday digital tasks such as:
- Using smartphones, tablets, and laptops
- Accessing online services
- Sending emails
- Staying safe online
- Completing online forms
- Video calling friends and family
You do not need to be a technical expert — just patient, approachable, and willing to help others learn.
Time Commitment:
- Flexible volunteering opportunities
- Suggested commitment:
- 2–4 hours per week
- Weekly or fortnightly sessions
- Opportunities available across different Digi Hub locations
