Forest of Dean Digi Hubs are looking for friendly and enthusiastic volunteers to help local residents improve their digital confidence and skills.

As a Digital Champion, you will support people with everyday digital tasks such as: 

  • Using smartphones, tablets, and laptops 
  • Accessing online services 
  • Sending emails 
  • Staying safe online 
  • Completing online forms 
  • Video calling friends and family 

You do not need to be a technical expert — just patient, approachable, and willing to help others learn.

Time Commitment:

  • Flexible volunteering opportunities 
  • Suggested commitment: 
  • 2–4 hours per week 
  • Weekly or fortnightly sessions 
  • Opportunities available across different Digi Hub locations
