Stroudwater Navigation Archive Charity and Cotswold Canals Coennected are holding another edition of 'Ghosthunters' - an interactive historical walk along the Stroudwater Canal from Stonehouse to Ryeford.
The participants (max 15 per group) walk along the canal where they come across scenes acted out by actors from a local theatre school. We need some extra marshals who will be positioned at these locations; their role will be to set the scene by reading (or reciting) a short paragraph. They will also have a radio and hi viz and ensure that the event runs safely and that the public can pass freely.
The event runs on Saturday 7th and 8th September from 11 am to 3.30pm. We are happy for people to do one day or both.
A camping chair can be brought so that you are seated and we will provide a sandwich,, drinks and snacks.
There will also be a 1 hour online meeting before the event as a briefing for marshals and to answer any questions.
