Connect and Offload is a mental health and wellbeing helpline delivered by Rethink Mental Illness and commissioned by Gloucestershire County Council. The service provides free, anonymous, confidential, person-centred wellbeing support by telephone, text, and webchat for anyone aged 18 and over living in Gloucestershire.
