🌟 Volunteer Director Wanted — Help Shape Inclusive Sport Across Gloucestershire & Worcestershire

Community Sports Foundation CIC is growing, and we’re looking for a values‑driven Volunteer Director to join our small, passionate team. This is a chance to make a real, tangible difference in the lives of home‑educated children, SEND learners, disabled adults, and families in areas of deprivation.

💬 What You’ll Be Part Of

We deliver inclusive, child‑led sports and physical activity programmes that prioritise autonomy, belonging, and psychological safety. From adaptive cycling to sensory‑friendly football, our sessions are designed so every participant can thrive.

🧭 Your Role

As a Volunteer Director, you will:

• Support the strategic direction of the CIC

• Strengthen governance and help unlock future funding

• Champion inclusion and community voice

• Offer insight, challenge, and encouragement as we grow

• Bring your skills, lived experience, or passion for equity in sport

No previous board experience is required — just commitment, curiosity, and a willingness to learn.
