To help provide a professional and welcoming triage service and an effective and efficient admin support for staff, volunteers and clients

Main duties and responsibilities include:

• Provide a professional welcome to callers at the door of our Stroud and Cirencester offices

• Triage callers without an appointment – identify emergencies and provide 

information and signposting to other agencies when needed (no advice 

giving involved)

• Contacting clients by telephone or text

• Printing and scanning documents

• Filing

• Dealing with correspondence

• Updating spreadsheets and databases

• Any other tasks required to assist the day to day running of the office
