Various roles such as: road closure marshals, crowd control, litter picking, roaming marshals, assisting traders and liaising with entertainers. 2 hour stints.
We are always on the lookout for willing and enthusiastic people to help with the Advent Festival. This year’s 2 day event will take place on Saturday 25th and Sunday 26th of November. The light switch on element will take place on Saturday at approximately 4.15pm and we expect the whole Town to be a hive of activity for the weekend with over 100 stalls, food, drink and live entertainment.
What will you be required to do?
We have various roles such as: marshals for road closures, crowd control, litter picking, roaming marshals, first aid, stage help, assisting market traders with loading in and out and also preparing the switch on area. We don’t expect you to work all day; just a couple of hours would be greatly appreciated.
