Cheltenham Arts Council Executive committee meets 6 times a year on the second Monday of alternate months. A minutes secretary is required urgently.

Cheltenham Arts Council Executive committee meets 6 times a year on the second Monday of alternate months. There are up to twenty representatives from our member societies on the Executive Committee . We discuss and plan the council's activties which include assigning grants,  making awards , and running a publicity event on Cheltenham Promenade in September. 

The minutes secretary is required to organise the committee meetings including and AGM;  from setting an agenda , communicating with members and taking the minutes . There is a small honorarium attached to this role.
