Be Santa This Christmas! Help bring Christmas magic to children and families across Aspire Foundation's five centres in Cheltenham and Tewkesbury.
Aspire Foundation is looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Volunteer Santa to help make Christmas extra special for children and families attending our festive events across our five Family and Community Hubs in Cheltenham and Tewkesbury.
As Santa, you will be at the heart of our Christmas celebrations, creating magical moments for local children and helping families make lasting festive memories. You will greet children, chat about their Christmas wishes, pose for photographs, and help create a warm, welcoming atmosphere throughout our events.
We are looking for someone who enjoys working with people, has a cheerful personality, and is happy to embrace the festive spirit. No previous experience is required.
What you'll be doing:
• Greeting children and families at Christmas events
• Listening to children's Christmas wishes and sharing festive cheer
• Posing for photographs with families
• Helping create a fun, inclusive and welcoming environment
• Working alongside Aspire Foundation staff and volunteers
What you'll gain:
• The opportunity to make a positive difference to local families
• A fun and rewarding volunteering experience
• The chance to be part of community events that bring people together
• The satisfaction of creating magical Christmas memories for children
Location: Aspire Foundation centres across Cheltenham and Tewkesbury
Time Commitment: Flexible. Opportunities available throughout the Christmas period, with volunteers able to choose dates that suit their availability.
Join us this Christmas and help spread festive joy to children and families across our local communities.
As this role involves working with children and families, volunteers will be required to attend an informal interview and complete an enhanced DBS check. Aspire Foundation will arrange the DBS check for successful applicants.
