Mix & Make Mondays is a brand new project, designed as an afterschool space for those younger age primary children.
Mix & Make Mondays is a brand new project, designed as an afterschool space for those younger age primary children to offer The Rock's space and all the activities and opportunities The Rock offers to those in school years 3-6. It will also run in parallel with Fresh hopes Food Pantry in the Church building to therefore offer support for families wishing to use the pantry whilst children join the Mix & Make session.
Activities could include a variety of sports, team games, cooking and crafts.
Volunteers can gain valuable training in safeguarding, first aid, food hygiene and work closely with our youth workers to support the young people to engage in positive activities. There will be opportunities to develop leadership skills and shape activities and the project as a whole.
